Located on the Yellow Sea near Qingdao, Shandong Province, the port of Qingdao is one of the most comprehensive ports in the world and is an important hub for international trade and transportation in the West Pacific. Founded in 1997, Globelink Qingdao is the first consolidator in Qingdao. Globelink Qingdao is growing steadily under the booming economy of China specializing in LCL Export, as well as LCL import, land transportation and door to door services. Established in 2005, PIFFA (Pakistan International Freight Forwarders Association) is a non-profitable organization representing more than 800 companies based in Pakistan providing Land, Air, Ocean Combined Transport and other Logistics services and the sole representative body of Pakistan Freight Forwarders. The role of the Association includes support for the Pakistan trade worldwide, the development and the maintenance of healthy international freight services industry within Pakistan. The Association aims to achieve standardization in the industry and to promote a high degree of professional conduct among its members, including ethics and financial viability. Globelink Ünimar's Managing Partner, Mr. Cihan Yusufi, was elected as a Member of the Maritime Chamber of Commerce Council at the İMEAK Marine Chamber of Commerce elections held on 15 October 2022, Saturday.
Mr. Cihan Yusufi was elected to serve in the period between 2022 and 2026. In addition to his duty as an Assembly Member at IMEAK DTO, Mr. Cihan continues his duty as a board member at UTİKAD (Association of International Forwarding and Logistics Service Providers), which is the most important non-governmental organization in the Turkish logistics industry.
